All Custom Envelope Mailers orders are custom, made-to-order print jobs. Production begins once you approve your free mockup, and typical turnaround is approximately 2 weeks from approval, though this can vary by order size, paper stock, and current production volume.
Shipping costs are quoted per order based on quantity, packaging, and destination, and are not fixed or published in advance. Estimated transit times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed — actual delivery dates depend on the carrier and destination.
Rush production is available for firm deadlines; ask your account contact for availability and any rush fees. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Because every order is custom-decorated to your approved artwork and specifications, we’re unable to commit to specific carriers or guaranteed delivery windows. We’ll always give you our best estimate and keep you updated if anything changes.
