Return Policy

All sales are final. Because every order is custom-printed to your approved mockup and specifications, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once production begins.

The one exception: if your order arrives defective, damaged, or not matching your approved mockup, we will remake and reship the affected items at no cost. This is a production guarantee, not a return — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll make it right.

This is exactly why we require a free mockup approval step before any order goes to press: it gives you full control over exactly what you’re ordering, before you’re charged.
