Is there a maximum order size?
No. We handle runs into the tens of thousands for national mailing campaigns.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. Pre-production proofs and physical samples are available — ask your account contact for terms.
Can I mix envelope sizes or styles in one order?
Yes. Combine styles from our product lineup to hit volume pricing across a single invoice.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, paper stock, and specs on file for fast reorders.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve — you’re only charged at production.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI/EPS/SVG/PDF) are preferred; we can recreate your logo print-ready from a photo or PNG at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Our designers can build print-ready artwork from a reference image or description.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. Pantone color matching is available — note your target Pantone codes on your quote request.
Can you personalize each envelope with a name or address?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet of names/addresses for variable-data personalized mailers.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, until you approve. Always free.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About 2 weeks from approved mockup, depending on order size and paper stock.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes, for firm deadlines — ask for a specific date and we’ll confirm feasibility.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination.
Can you ship to multiple addresses or a mail house directly?

How much do envelope mailers cost?
Bulk pricing by quote; typical ranges run $0.35–$1.10 per unit at minimum order quantity, depending on size and print method.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Pricing depends on quantity, size, paper stock, and print method — a quote gives you the accurate number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, ACH, and purchase orders for established organizations.
Do you offer a price-match / lowest-price guarantee?
Yes — send us a comparable written quote and we’ll do our best to match or beat it.

What paper stocks are available?
Heavyweight kraft or white wove, plus manila, pastel blue, pastel pink, grey, and black-liner options.
Is the print really full-color and durable?
Yes. Offset and digital printing both produce vivid, smudge-resistant color that holds up through USPS handling.

How do I store extra inventory?
Keep boxes flat and dry; avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading before your mailing date.
